I look but don't stare. I actually like to see the different exercises people are doing. All cardio equipment faces the machines and free weights so I'm looking that way anyway. I have never given a nod or wink but I will smile if you look at me! Lol!

Get organic peanut butter. I saw on a show that low fat peanut butter has other stuff added to it. Peanut butter fat is good for you!! Just don't eat too much of it!

The scale does not measure how much fat you lost. Keep at it!! Take measurments!

Start with 8 reps and add a rep each week till you get to 12 and then increase weight and lower reps back to 8. Don't worry about what other people think. just try to have good form. If a weight is too heavy go get a lighter one and continue. You have to find what works for you first.

The leg ones in plank position is exactly what i did last night in Insanity without the discs. They just jump the feet in and out. Its a great core workout! I'm def feeling it today!
