Keep going and don't eat back your cals. I didn't start to loose anything for at least 5 weeks and could not tell any difference. Then it all started to come off!

Run for the effing hills!! I just moved out of my ex's a month ago for this same reason. This is not the first time either. For some reason it is OK to go over a friends (male) house and watch movies and send texts and hide stuff. Ummmm...... no its not! There goes 12 years of my life, don't make the same mistake!

A very large friend of mine had this done and well it didn't work and she is now in WW actually loosing some weight. Just cause you get it done doesn't do anything if your still eat at mcdonalds every day!

Something to "try" and live by - If you can't grow it, raise it, or catch it, you should not be eating it! I love my CHICKEN!!!!!! Of course it is more expensive cause it is of better quality just like when you buy a car!

Anything sooner than a week is a waste of your time. I loose inches but no weight so don't rely on the scale for the big picture.

Its very hard to follow this in today's society but you have to try. As you track calories you will notice how many more emtpy calories are in processed food. Eating out is a joke too! You can eat alot if its clean foods like I said. The other reason is because its not natural stuff your putting in your body.

If you can't grow it, raise it, or catch it. Don't eat it. Just try to follow that and you will be good. Another way to say it is don't eat processed food! Exercise too!!

This is called HIIT - High-intensity interval training . I would do it for at least 20 minutes including 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down.

And you found this info from??? Pretty sure they are the exact movements you should be doing. You just don't have to use stablizing muscles which is why free weights are better.
