  • I do something a little similar and use yogurt and protein powder to ensure high protein. 1/2 cup - no fat plain yogurt 1 cup - mixed frozen fruit 1 scoop - whey protein powder (vanilla) Total calories = 190 Total protein = 20g delicious!
