I'll get a salad or a wrap if I need to eat fast food! Never fries and pop and I try to stay away from breaded chicken/bacon/etc. Subway is great and makes it easy to make healthy choices!

I get that you feel like you have no time, I have a course overload at school (120%), two jobs, MOH in an upcoming wedding and a long distance relationship. My advice? Wake up earlier. Today was great! I see a MASSIVE improvement in my pushups... from not being able to do them to being able to do them (still girly style) for both sets :) Love it! I want to start level 2 early, but I get bored so easily that I am holding out so I dont have to stay on one level for longer than 10 days. Level2 looks fun…

Congrats to everyone who is sticking with it! I know it's hard, but we'll get through it together and be stronger for it! Day 6(5 for me) was tough on the calves, but felt great in the abs!! Hope everyone rocks it tomorrow! Only a few more days till we move on up!

I have a Kindle for daily reading (novels/PDFs for class, etc) because it's the easiest thing to carry around and getting ebooks is cheaper for me than paperbacks. Kindle has e-ink which makes it look like the page of a book (making it easier to read than on a phone or an iPad). If I REALLY love a book, I'll buy it in…

Also, if you're able to get access to a rowing machine, those can work wonders for you core if you do it properly :) When I was rowing, my core was so strong and it was mostly credited to erging every day! It's also belly friendly, I would know! :)

SO glad you soldiered on and did it! Working through the sore muscles is such a great confidence boost! What I like to tell myself if I'm dreading a workout is "this is the hardest thing you'll have to do all day" :)

It's easier to stick to eating things that you do like. Forcing yourself to eat things you don't like is not something that creates sustainable eating habits.

Keep healthy snacks in the house! When I shop, I only buy fruit and veg snacks and low-cal options that will satisfy my bread and chip cravings without being...well breads and chips.

You don't have to add milk to chai!! I have a dark chocolate chai tea that is AMAZING. Also chamomile lemon and anything with cinnamon :) Other than that.. I stick to green (mint green if I'm feeling saucy)!

Most of the time I'll cook chicken or fish ahead of time, chop it up and throw it in a salad or on top of some rice! If not that, I'll make an egg salad or a tuna wrap with some cut up veggies on the side (baby carrots are a great, quick side!). Hope this helps a bit :)

Not sure how heavy your weights are supposed to be or if they're supposed to increase. I don't have weights and can't afford to buy any right now (student on a budget!) so I use my rain boots, each boot with a pair of shoes stuffed inside(I wear very flat shoes like TOMS and Sanuks)! Not sure how much they end up weighing…
