Happy to report, done and done! I did 5 sets of 20 squat thrusts (yesterday's challenge that I didn't do) followed by 20 tricep extensions. Feels great. Thanks for the challenge :)

I get mine from truenutrition.com. Undenatured, unsweetened, unflavored, so it has the least amount of junk in it. You can make your own custom mix or order a premixed one. Lots of options.

Did them on aerobic steps in groups of 50. Tough, almost cramped up. But all done :)
