Need advice pls! - Strength training with tennis elbow
I have had pain in my elbow for over two months now and I finally caved and went the doctor. As suspected, it is tennis elbow. She recommended ibuprofin, ice, forearm/wrist stretches, no lifting, and PT. I don't like popping that much Advil (800mg x 3 per day!) but will do if it will let me get back to lifting. She said it…

I currently have a running shoe, but am not a runner. My workouts mostly involve gym classes (body step, spinning, body pump, total body circuit/boot camp, cardio dance, and zumba) and JM DVDs at home. Does cooling down with a fan during a workout reduce calorie
I was wondering..... does having a fan on during a sweaty workout reduce the number of calories you burn because you are not sweating as much? Thanks!

Does anyone own a New Balance N4 HRM? I've been looking at HRMs and my hubby got this one for me for V-Day :heart: I mainly wanted one to calculate the number of calories burned during my workouts. How do you like yours? I'd love to hear about the good, bad, and the ugly. Thanks!
