Hi everyone!
I signed on to MFP over a month ago and have been a lurker. Well, wanted to start posting by saying hello! I was introduced to this site by a co-worker and love it! I've never been a calorie-counter, and in general eat well. My downfall is sugar and late evening/night snacking Tracking what I eat now helps me see how easily those wasteful calories add up. I hope to use this tool as a motivation to cut back and eat better. I also love logging in my workouts and seeing the benefits of a healthy routine. The message boards are addictive, lol. But I find myself getting inspired by so many of your stories.
