Hi everyone! School counselor here (finishing up my internship and graduating in May). I appreciated how sweet and thoughtful everyone at our school was for School Counselor's Week last week, but now I need to get back on track after all those sweets and restaurant lunches!

I'm 5'7. At 185 I was in a US 14/16. Currently, at 170, I'm a 12/14. I think I carry my weight most in my hips and thighs. Even in high school at 120 I don't think I ever wore anything smaller than a 6 in pants. A lady once told me I had good baby making hips :D

I'm currently 175 and my goal weight is around 125. That's at the low end of the healthy weight for 5'7. I was 125 7 years ago and felt and looked good (still had a figure). I really think it depends on your body composition.
