  • No it can help with loosing inches but not in a healthy way as it dehydrates you. Not recommended for loosing weight :-)
  • Went to the gym :-) 30 mins on the treadmill 7.5% incline at 7.5 km per hour. 15 mins cross trainer. 15 mins weights. Not too bad today -)
  • Using the cross trainer had also helped as well :-)

  • I've started light weight training to combat my bingo wings;-) a few bicep curls a day keeps them at bay!

  • I reckon your not eating enough. Up your cals you need to fuel your fire before you burn out:-)
  • Well I've "googled" it and not sure, lots of different versions of the pros and cons. Who knows I might give it ago, taking heed of the cons of course ;-))

  • Day 2 check in; Non stop day cleaning, shopping, cooking and chasing after a 4 year old ( it all counts). Went for an hour power walk this evening and burned 280 cals yee ha!
  • Gin and slimline tonic :-) roughly 56 cals per drink ( based on a 25ml Gin) Add a slice of lime and ice ( yum).

  • My 1st of June check in: 30 mins brisk walk 30 weight training 20 mins cross trainer 5 mins rowing Then phone went off in gym and had to go home to sort out stuff!! Day 2 my body aches so think its maybe going to be yoga! Check in later troops!

  • Hi I'm Jacqui just turned 30 :-/ I started this in february and lost 1/2 stone. Fell off the wagon 2 weeks ago while celebrating my 30th!! Back on it again and aiming to tone up and build a muscle :-))
