I have decided that I'm not going to log on xmas & news year day. Apart from having all my MFP peeps thinking they have befriended a raging alcoholic I think it would be nice to have a few days off. What will you guys be doing?

Here is a little challenge! Instead of using MFP as a "its all about me" "look at me" "I feel good tool". How about for the season of good will you people donate the pounds you loose into £££/€€€\$$$$ !!!! Give to a local charity over the season of good will! Restore the faith in humanity!

Indian Takeaways - Healthy Options??
Hello Everyone I love hot and spicy food and usually have a Indian Takeaway once a week. My favourite is a prawn bhuna with salad and spicy onions (no rice or chips). Not sure if this is the better option or not, anyone have any ideas?? Cheers Peeps

Slendertone - Has anyone tried?
I have started using the belt and was wonering if anyone on here had tried it? I'm using it alongside healthy eating and working out 4 times a week as i'm finding it hard to firm up my stomach. I always do an ab workout as part of my routine so I'm hoping this device might enhance my efforts :wink:

Went from a size 10 to 14 in one day!
While enjoying some much needed retail therapy yesterday I could not help but notice how in GAP I was a size 10 (uk) then all I had to do was walk up the high street to Primark and I had increased to a size 14???
