Well, I'm just getting to Day 6. I upped my weights from 3 to 5 lbs and man that made a big difference! I also tried to do real push ups instead of knee push ups. I did 8. And now my arms feel like noodles lol.

Well, I'm disappointed in myself for skipping 3 days last week, but I just completed day 5 and I'm ready to see it through for the rest of the week. I think tomorrow I'm going to try 5lbs weights. So far I've been using 3's but I think I'm ready to move up.

I didn't get in my work out yesterday but I was planning to take a rest day Sunday. I will skip that one and use yesterday as my rest day instead. I'll be a day behind the rest of you but I'm still shredding! :drinker:

That depends. I wear a heart rate monitor, I am 5'4" and 157 lbs and it said I burned 140 cals during level 1 today. Your mileage may vary depending on your weight and how hard you worked.

Level One Day One Complete! I'm really trying to do all the exercises on "Natalie power" but I'm still not up to a real push-up yet. And omg the side lunges with the shoulder raises during the last circuit wear me out. Oh my arms! ouch.

OK so I got on the scale, weighed without dumbells, then picked them up without getting off the scale and the # didn't change. BUT when I got off the scale, waited for it to clear (the little display panel goes dark), and the got back on holding the dumbells I was 10 lbs heavier. Did you let the scale reset between tries?…

I'm going to go test my scale right now! Mine is a Weight Watchers scale, I think we got it at Costco. ThreatsofPizza (your user name gives me the lulz, I'm so glad that lady is back) 500 stairs is a LOT!!! I have to walk up 7 flights of stairs to get to 2 of my classes and it makes me want to die. DIIIIIIEEEEEEEE.
