  • I'm 5'7" and my original goal was 128. However, I lost 22 pounds and am now at 126 and want to lose a couple more. I have always been between 120-125 and gained 20 pounds over the past two years by eating out so much. Now I'm back to where I feel normal. I am small-boned so I don't think I look too skinny.
  • I did! I lost my 21 pounds by keeping track of my food and running on my treadmill. I ran about 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes.

  • This morning I weighed 130. My goal weight is 125-128 so I am almost there. My whole adult life I weighed around 125 until the last two years when I started eating out all the time and got up to 148. So I have lost 18 pounds so far. I would be very happy at 125 and know that I can maintain it.
  • I am 5'7 and was always between 120-125. Then I started eating out too much and got up to 148. Now I'm down to 134 and want to get back down to 125...slowly getting there. I am older than you are, but I feel as young as you! LOL
  • I am small-framed and my goal weight is 125. Up until about 3 years ago I was always 120-122 pounds, but then I started eating out too much and got up to 148. I am now back down to 135, but I still want to lose another 10 pounds. I definitely think it depends on your frame size, though.
