i put whatever seasoning I have at the house on it and throw it on the grill for about 20 mins. Do it 2-3x a week now and I love it! Even my hubby is eating it all the time and he only ever eats fried fish from like Captain D's and stuff!!!!

YEP.....I agree with everyone here. I'm in the same boat and end up eating dinner late. I just try not to eat too many carbs late at night. Lots of lean protein and a salad are my norms for a late meal.

almost every morning I have 3 egg whites scrambled in the microwave with 2 strips of low sodium turkey bacon and then either a bowl of cereal with 1% milk or .5 cup oatmeal made with 1 cup 1% milk and a lil fruit thrown in. (most of the time...blueberries) Very yummy and def filling. Great way to start the day off!
