I feel you man. I'm eating 4,230 calories a day right now and it's hard. Non fat greek yogurt is pretty high in protein. It's easier for me to eat than chicken since you don't have to chew. I usually put a spoon in my mouth, and then drink some water to break it up and swallow easier.

No, but the macro (per meal) I'm using is supposed to be followed to manipulate my metabolism to burn fat and put on one pound of muscle a week.

My macro target is 45Carbs/35Protein/20Fat and I'm ALMOST there but I need one food to balance it out so I can plan my daily meals. I've been working out for years with no diet in place and I'm finally doing the work to make some real results.
