  • I am old. My goal is to ride my exercise bike or walk 4 times a week for a total of 30 minutes each time and to not go over any of the goals at the bottom of the home page. I have occasionally gone over those and don't know why, so then I hit the bike for a bit.
  • I'm over 50, and work in a program for kids age 18 - 21 with disabilities. I take them to job sites during the day. They keep me hopping. By the time I get home, I am bushed.   • I am not expert, but I have a starch, usually high fiber toast, a protein, peanut butter or nutella, a fruit and milk. I am full and have the food groups in. If your doctor has said you specific needs, then follow orders, otherwise eat a sensible breakfast.
  • I find I do better when I eat earlier than that. I get up and go to work with disabled kids. If I don't eat, it's time o hit vending machines. I have high fiber whole grain toast with peanut butter or nutella on it. That keeps me going until noon.
