  • Lost 1.5 lbs so total of 2 in two weeks. I guess I'm on track with the 1 lb per week focus, but I really want to lose 2 lbs per week. :smile: I'm happy with the loss!!

  • I had a cheat day Saturday, but got right back on track. Did a lot of housework Sunday that kept me on my feet. Cleaned out my closet of all the "fat" clothes I can't wear anymore.   • I just finished a 12 week weight loss class and lost 19.5 lbs and 21 inches. Since that has ended I'm glad to have this group to keep me accountable. Going forward, I'm reducing my calories from 1600 to 1400 and hope to add more exercise in my daily routine. Currently I do water aerobics once a week and walk 1.5-3 miles…
