  • I think that's a great idea to try and do something less passive. Reading is great, cause it sucks to try and eat with a book in your hand :) Lol Also try forcing down some fiber in a glass of water. Drinking coffee seems to help me, but then again I can go straight to bed after a pot, so it might not work for everyone.…
