I'm walking at least 6 times a week. I had been doing the treadmill, but we're reorganizing and it's buried at the moment so I bought the Walk Away the Pounds DVD and I really like that. The kids do it with me some days too. I got a nice walk outside pushing the double jogger with my 9 month old strapped to m\y chest so…

http://frostedbakeshop.blogspot.com/2010/05/guacamole-salsa.html this guacamole salsa is awesome and it comes out to 13 calories per tablespoon. (It makes a pint of the salsa)

want to try this!

I hope you feel all better this week!

I forgot--I've been making mexican type salads and adding this guacamole salsa on everything. It's so good and just 13 calories per T. http://frostedbakeshop.blogspot.com/2010/05/guacamole-salsa.html

My favorite salad is baby spinach with strawberries, celery, grilled chicken and newman's own balsamic vinaigrette. I also love grilled salmon over mixed greens with tomatoes, grilled corn, goat cheese, dried cranberries, dates, pinenuts and newman's own balsamic vinaigrette. That's a much more expensive salad but all the…

Way to go everyone! Jen I hadn't thought about it being a 1/4 of the way to my goal. that's pretty cool. (Although the uncool thing is that I still weigh 2 more pounds than I did in September!) I hear ya about the "rolls" too. I feel a lot less rolly polly and my husband said my rear felt smaller!

Great successes! I'm either doing the treadmill, walk away the pounds, some days 30 day shred and that's about it.
-
That's awesome! Had to make you feel good! My highlight--I've lost 4 inches from around the fattest part of my waist.

Those dinners sound yummy. eatingwell.com and look under 30 minute or chicken recipes for lots of yummy recipes. skinnytaste.com has lots of good stuff too.
-
keep up the great work!

I've been doing the treadmill between 3.5-mph on an inline of 7 usually. I've also done 30DS a couple of times and I've been doing Walking Away the Pounds that I've found on youtube. I actually really like those. I have no sense of rhythm so I can't dance at all and that makes regular aerobics stuff hard to follow for me,…

My homemade chocolate chip cookies have 110 calories PER COOKIE. no wonder I'm fat. I'd eat 4 or 5 at a time. Yikes!
-
makes sense. I guess I'll see how it goes!

Expeller pressed has no coconut taste. Tropicaltraditions.com has it on sale buy one get one free until Jan. 19th. I use the nutiva extra virgin coconut oil (which does taste like coconuts) in baked goods and to make popcorn. Amazon (with subscribe and save) is your cheapest option for that.

Jen I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter.

I really think everyone is doing so great. I think the accountability of logging in and knowing others can see what I'm doing is helping. I think I'm down 2 more but will wait until Tuesday since that will be a week since my last weigh in. I've lost nearly 3 inches around the thickest part of my waist though! I've been…

I had baby #6 in April. I lost 15 lbs of the pregnancy weight immediately, then gained it all back over these past 9 months so my starting weight was nearly what I weighed 9 months pregnant. I've got to get this weight off to be the best mom I can be and to keep up with all these kids!

Kashi is on sale at Target this week and there's a TQ for $.50/2 and there are $1/1 IPs at coupons.com I think it makes it $1.50/box

if you're eating out I just saw this "Best Fast Food Picks--Under 350 calories" posted elsewhere on here from Men's Health http://bit.ly/w7Qn9h

yum--grapefruit! I meant to write it's 120 for the egg and the toast. (Just 50 calories for the toast.) I cook the egg slightly soft and then just put it on top of the dry toast and you don't need any butter.

Every morning I've been having a fried egg (with Pam) and a piece of Nature's Own 100 Whole Wheat bread. It's 120 calories and fills you up. Add a clementine for 35 calories and and it's even better!

Good ideas! Here's what I have so far: Sun-Steak, strawberry, spinach salads Mon-Garden chowder, bread, apples Tues--Spaghetti, meat sauce, salad Wed-Lazy roasted chicken, cauliflower/carrots/sweet potatoes (you can just stick the frozen chicken breasts from Costco on a baking dish with Pam or olive oil and veggies and…

I'm surprised how much I like logging what I'm eating too. Before I had no concept of how much I was really eating. I'd walk though the kitchen and grab a handful of chocolate chips without any thought. I like being able to make better choices. Before I was hardly drinking any water. Now I'm getting over 1o glasses a day.…

We had flank steak last night so I used the leftovers to make a salad with baby spinach, strawberries, the steak and Newman's Own Light Balsamic ving. with a side of pineapple. It's one of the kids' favorite meals.
-
No. I've never been a fan of frozen meals. I feel more satisfied with just a regular tuna sandwich or something like that than one of those meals.
-
How inspiring! What I notice in the second is how happy and comfortable you look.

Amazing! It looks like 2 different people!
