It will take you 10 or 14 days to get used too it.. Its mind all over matter, since you told yourself your cut off is 7:30 your mind is now telling you to eat.. Make sure you drink lots of water and that will help with your cravings.. Its hard but you can do it..

Protein as been increased , water intake as been increased as well.. I guess i need to get my cardio back in my routine..

Well she had me on a 3 day program but I do it everyday...Activtrax is a exercise program that prints our ur workout for you and tells you what to do step by step, its kinda like MFP except its giving you the exercise to do. I do 2 sets of 50 .. and I'm using 30lbs of weights when I'm doing my squats when Im using weights.. If i do no weights I just do regular squats..

I talked to a friends trainer and she said the only way you can build your booty and thighs is squats, lunges and kick backs... You have to build muscles before your body will start going into shape like you want.. I do 2 sets of 50 reps on squats with weights , lunges i do my best since i am a big girl and kick backs…

Hey im 25 and i started my weight loss journey last march i have lost 50lbs and 27 inches.. I feel wonderful and look great but i have also fallen off the exercise wagon and i can feel a huge difference.. So if you guys need help or just motivation add me..
