Been going to the gym for the past month.. I have only lost 3lbs.. I am currently doing an hr on the elliptical, 30 day shred (day 2 now) walking 20 minutes and strength training.. 2009-2012 i know i've lost more than 47lbs
I know I weighed at least 400lbs in 2009 thru 2010 I was losing but not paying attention.. In March 2011 after my doctor put me on Blood pressure meds i went straight on a diet as soon as i left his office that day.. this is my progress so far. this was u can see the whole picture

I've lost 51 lbs and 27 inches
I feel good but could feel better..This as be a hard journey and now its time to get things back in swing and so i can hit this out of the park and make it a home run.
