I only looked at the one day, so I might have this wrong. You may want to look at increasing your protein and just keep an eye on where your carbs are coming from (esp if you have cravings and have the need to snack between meals).

Red heads lol but I'm being biased as being one myself. It sucked though growing up as got called all names under the sun. I wouldn't date a redhead though.

UK went metric over 10 years ago ie g, kg , cm, m etc to comply with europe but we've been brought up with imperial (st, lbs, inches, feet)so old habits die hard so majority still use old measurement. I was taught metric at school (80s) but then left and everyone was using imperial so got used to that.. I tend to use…

Dark chocolate is best option with 70% or more cocoa content. As its very strong flavour you're likely to eat less. Aim for no more than 4 squares a day which on a 100g bar is 40g.

If your boobs don't go down in cup size (i.e back size goes down say from a 38 to 32 but the cup size is still a DD) when you lose weight then they will start to look even bigger. I've been there when I lost nearly 4 stone about 5yrs ago. xUna

I've been doing group training sessions twice a week at local gym, which involves a lot of intense training with weights and Yesterday I was able to tense my chest muscles and make my boobs lift up!!! So depending on what weight exercises you do it is possible to tone up your chest muscles which will improve your boobs. It…

I like the last one - the black and white, as its got a touch of romance to it with the lacy part on the shoulder. Have a great Valentine. x

Everyone is different. I previously lost 3 1/2 stone (went from 19.2st to 15.8st) and my Cup size only went from a JJ to a J (I don't have implants before someone thinks I do!! LOL), however my backsize went down from 38 to 34. So for me I lost the flabby bits of my back. Exercise is key to losing this and to prevent them…

Hi Zara, just wanted to say that hope it goes well for you and recovery is quick. Keyhole is a lot less invasive and full recovery is normally a week to two, from what i researched about it, is that you have to still be carefully with eating fatty foods afterwards. I've the op hanging over my head since Sept 2010 but have…

I've never heard of this workout till my partner mentioned it this week and that he has ordered the DVDs. He's going to be moving in with me late Jan and wants us to do the workouts together starting at begin of Feb. Now I'm up for a challenge but is this workout suitable for seriously overweight people? I'm 5'7" and weigh…

This is great work you are doing and good motivation. I'm back on track this week after having throat infection, got a busy one ahead with full time office hours (7am to 5pm) and then beauty clients for the next 3 evenings. I will still find time to do them cross crunchies - even if its in bed before attempting 7.5 hrs…

MFP does work out your cal deficit based on BMR its on your Goal page, there are also other sites that have the calc on it. It all depends how much you want to lose each week and will calc what deficit you need to eat. Which is why they also tell you to eat the exercise cals as its based on you doing nothing. I'm around…

I've fallen in love with Wales (debighshire area), countryside is beautiful and it feels remote. But think it rains more and wld need a 4x4 in winter.
