C25k is great  100 pushups is more or less impossible IMO. I tried it a while back and bailed out at about week 3. It just goes up too fast - looking at level one, you start by doing 12 reps in the first session. By the 6th session (end of week 2) it wants 30. 2 weeks & 6 sessions after that it's 80, and 2 weeks…

You look fine to me  I think in general guys are just pretty happy when a girl wants to get naked with them  We're not going to start quibbling over the details at that point!

In terms of food, a cup of long grain brown rice is 216 calories on here - have one with your main meal. Nuts seem to be a favourite on here for easy calories without too much bad stuff too. If you're struggling to eat enough portion wise, try eating more smaller meals rather than fewer larger ones. I'm personally…

More crazy not to try IMO. Just remember that it probaby didn't go on at some arbitrary amount a week over some arbitrary time period, so don't worry too much if it doesn't come off like that. You'll have bad meals, bad days and possibly bad weeks, the trick is just to have more good ones than bad ones! Good luck.

Get a foam roller from Amazon (they're pretty cheap) and look up how to use it on your calves on YouTube (it's not hard). The soreness in your shins could well be from having tight calves, so sort that out and see if the problem goes away. If not, get some new shoes, fitted properly, from a proper sports store. HTH
