I do the Insanity workouts at my place of employment. I have no shame in trying to get more fit. If the weather is good, I take my laptop to the parking lot. Why did I get fat? I fell in love. I got way too comfortable in my relationship. At my heaviest, I was 148.7. That doesn't sound heavy, but I'm 5'4", Asian and have a relatively small frame. Wish I had "before" pictures to share with everyone. I signed up for mfp after I lost about 27 pounds.

Reading your story and seeing your results are proof that with the right attitude, goals can be accomplished quickly. A year is not all that long, yet you have lost so much weight. You look great.
