I stopped exercising for a week. I also had hot water with lemon juice in every morning, supposed to boost your metabolism or something?

Well done, I started at 16,3 last jan took me a whole year though to motivate myself into deciding that I had to something about it which is where mfp comes in and since jan I've lost just over 3 stone. Most people have noticed but get the most compliments from people I don't see very often. All except one friend who is…

I notice the aches in my quads and calves after cycling. Oh and to start with my *kitten*!! Bruised like hell. Now it's just my bum bone that aches. Try to do one ride a week of between 5 and 15 miles depending on weather etc :-)
-
Ive done 5 days level 1 and yesterday tried level 2 as wasn't aching much, it's tough. But I'm getting really demotivated now as I'm putting weight on!! I know this means I'm building muscle but with the cardio I'm doing I figured I should be burning fat too, I can understand a plateau but to be adding lbs is so…

There is an option in settings or goals to just maintain weight rather than lose or gain :-)

I'm not really a drinker as a rule, had five vodka soda and limes with a soda and lime in-between each (I like to be able to laugh at others as they get totally bladdered!!) but had fun dirty dancing with my husband and NO kebab at the end of the night. I started dieting again in October so not really new to it now, did…
-
WOW!! I go out for a good night out (alcohol calories burned through dancing!!) and you have given me much food for thought (pun intended!!) This is a lifestyle change and I'm actually enjoying and tasting food more now than I did before I decided to lose weight. Sometimes I can't believe how much I've eaten yet stayed…
-
Managed to eat but 69 of my cals. Finished the evening off with a shake ( had some in cupboard) and can honestly say it was too much. I wasn't hungry when I had it and felt awful after. I really dont think eating when you aren't hungry is a good thing so I won't be doing it again
-
Me too! Whereabouts are you?
-
Ok will do!! :-)

Done :-)
