I would also add that when you are lifting or doing strength training, the caloric burn continues even after you stop that activity where as it is my understand that Cardio does not. So your body would be using up more fuel long after strength/lifting vs. cardio causing you to re-fuel a…

I use almond milk. Sometimes Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, or original. With the Vanilla and Original I add a few sprinkles of Cinnamon. It definitely isn't a latte from Starbucks but it allows me to have my warm comfort drink in the Am for less then 50 cals

Get rid of the half and half and use almond milk. That may cut down some calories ( I am guessing). It does sound like a lot of work though

we do a 10 week training plan.. Gooogle Hal Higdon ( i think), I like to run but I am average to slow. My first half took me 2:45 at my 7th took 2:25... 29:50 was my best time last year.. Now that I have gained 20lbs my best time is 34:00 gotta get this weight off to improve my time!
