I'm on my 3rd week of this and have so far lost 7lb. I think it's great! I have around 150 clas for breakfast, skip lunch and then 300-350 cals for dinner. According to the book it's also called the "fasting diet" so you're not actually supposed to eat luch.

The book say not to do your fasting days consecutively, to spread it out over the week.

I'm on my second week of it and have lost 6lb already :) I read the book before I started and it actually has amazing health benefits. I usually have fruit or boiled egg in the morning and then something with salad in the evening or some soup.

Swwet potato and red pepper soup! Just cook off onion and garlic (i add a couple of carrots too) Add the sweet potato and red pepper and veg stock. Leave to cook for 1.5-2 hours Season to taste with salt and pepper I also like to add a little spice (curry or chilli powder) Soooo yummy :)

I logged in every day for 3 months and lost just over a stone and then i stopped logging and started eating what i wanted!! I am starting again today, 7lb heavier than when i gave up :noway: but at least still around 7lb lighter than when i began! Feel free to add :smile:

Just eating really healthily everyday but i do allow myself treats as long as i am within my calories. I found before when i dieted and didn't allow myself a few naughties i ended up binging!! Also doing the 30 day shred currently on level 3 day 6 and after that i will start P90x :)

one website says i am 18.8% and another (entering exact same details) says i am 25%!! Conclusion - It doesn't work when you just enter your measurements online!

My other half works in the motorsport industry so is away a HELL of a lot and so i have my girls over say 1 in every 3 weekeneds and on this weekend i literally do nothing but sit and watch movies and have a laugh. No exercise! But i still eat semi-healthily. I reaaaallllyyyy have to make up for my laziness the following…

I'd take it easy if I were you as you don't know the source of your pain and you don't want to add to it! I think if it were a hernia you'd probably be aware of it, it may be a bad muscle strain. I am currently on level 3 and have so far lost 8" of my body and 7lb from when i started! It's hard but it's really worth it and you do feel great after! :)
