Your stats are nearly identical to mine, I'm 65", 39 years old, 155lbs BUT I don't do as much activity as you and I'm considered mod active. I do NROLFW 3 times a week- that's it. My calorie goal is around 1900 with 15% cut but according to my body media fit I burned a bit more so I upped to 1950 a day. My bmr with BMF…

That is awesome!!! How tall are you? I started this at about 180-185 but looked MUCH bigger than your start. I'm also now 155 and don't look as awesome as you! I know, pounds are so deceiving. Your fitness achievments are incredible, keep up the great work!!!

Great job on sticking through the reset! I'm almost done with stage 3 of NROLFW and I don't follow the up/down calories. I too just eat consistently each day and I used scooby to calculate and then went with a 15% cut. I also have a BMF and was able to confirm a good calorie goal with that as well-which was pretty in line…

Great work!!

I'm going to be half way through stage 3 tomorrow and then on vacation. I plan to just pick up when I get back and finish the rest of stage 3. I'm going on a relaxing vacation so I'll try to do some body weight stuff like push ups, BWM, planks, abs etc but I don't think it will matter and I don't want to restart.

Just finished stage 2 today, I'll have to post my numbers later. I should have finished a while back but was away for a few weeks and it took longer than it should have! I'm jumping right into stage 3 Friday because we leave for vacation next weekend. I figure I'll rest that week and get 1/2 thru 3 before leaving. I feel…

Hey, great job on finishing stage 1, I SO enjoyed my week break! The deadlifts from the box are harder for me. I had to drop my weight some. I think I got them down now in terms of form and the point of doing it from the box is that it gives you a bit more range of motion and therefore makes it harder. Also, since your gym…

Thanks! Honestly if I can't believe that was me in the before. I SWEAR I never looked like that, LOL! At least I have proof.

This is exactly what I was telling my husband. It's a great feeling!! Can't wait for you to join me!
-
Isn't that the truth! I swear if it wasn't happening to me I'd be like "seriously!?, how can that be???"

Did B today and I'm still not feeling well from a cold. Boy did it show. I felt week and wobbly but I made it. I took my shoes off too for the split squat. Love the cobra however. I felt a little better with the dead lifts from box. I dropped to 95lbs. I looked for a good YouTube video for it but couldn't find one. If…

Thanks everyone. I did do a happy dance. In fact when I took them in I was convinced they would be tight, but they fit. I even walked out to the tri- fold mirror to check them out. Also wanted to mention I went from my 14's to 8's while eating more and losing only 1.5 scale pounds. I can't believe how much smaller I've…

I'm doing NROLFW and he works break weeks into the program. I took one after stage 1 (which lasted 6 weeks or so) and then began the next stage of the program. I am thankful for the guidance the program provides because I'm newer to lifting and would not be sure of when to do what. I think in general people take breaks…

GREAT job-!! I also love this program. I'm in stage 2. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to check it out.

WOW, incredible progress ladies! Jess- 11lbs looks like 30 with all of the inches you lost- amazing!! NROLFW has completely changed my body, highly recommend!

deadlift off the box felt so strange to me. I have a reebok step too. I had it as low as it would go. I put my feet all the way to the front edge yet when I bent over I felt like it wasn't right. Like it would hurt my back because you have to lean over with the bar out in front of your feet to drop the bar slightly below…

Mo, don't do it!!!! Do not eat 1200 calories, even if you eat your exercise back. It will kill your metabolism and set you up for gaining it all back. Please read my thread and check out the eat more to weigh less board. I've been eating 1800-2000 a day for the past 2 months. I feel great, I have energy, I've lost inches…

I started stage 2 yesterday and feel like someone beat me up today!! The Front squat press was awkward for me too. It KILLED my wrists, anyone else? I see her hands bent way back in the photo and the bar did feel right sitting where it was when I rolled it back, but keeping your hands bent like that - ouch. Then getting…

Thanks everyone! I sometimes can't believe it until I see the photos. I showed my husband who also could not believe that I had looked like that and look like I do now. My brother took that awful before photo, he's famous for taking pics when you are not "ready". But I'm glad I have it as I would normally run from the…

I have 12 days in on my BMF and I'm averaging higher than I thought. I've been eating at a 20% deficit which came to 1802 calories by online calculators. After 12 days my 20% deficit is 1930 with my average TDEE of 2415. I haven't lost much in the way of pounds since starting to eat more a couple months ago (a total of…

Woops- thought I put my photos on the before/after thread but put them in the wrong thread! That's what I get when trying to write posts on my phone!!

Woops- thought I posted to this thread and posted to the wrong one! I have been eating more for about 7-8 weeks. I'm only down a 1/2 pound but lots and lots of inches, 2 pants sizes and just finished stage 1 of NROLFW. Here is my before and after from when I started MFP at the beginning of the year. I think I might have…

I know right! I'm happy about it. I'm in a size 10 now and they are getting loose, looking forward to single digit clothing sizes!
