I always use the recipe function on here when I make anything, because I can calculate the exact ingredients I used.

Just be really careful which recipes you choose. she uses tons of processed not so healthy stuff and just moves your dependence on one not so healthy high calorie/fatty item to a not so healthy low calorie/less fatty item. Kind of like an alcholic moving onto to ODoul's when he quits beer...

They are like .... coffee shop/bakery size big. I can make 12 in the 2" muffin tins, or 6 in the 3" muffin tin. I don't know why I ever bother making 2" muffins because I just eat 2 instead of 1, hehe

I do also make salsa in the summer with fresh tomatoes and can it, but I dont have an exact recipe down. This is what I do with the fresh tomatoes: 1. Wash and destem 2. Submerge in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until skins loosen 3. Remove and submerge in ice water for 3-5 minutes 4. Pull skins (they almost just fall off)…

I was eating back all or most, and sometimes going over because I earned it. It stalled me and I didnt hardly lose for weeks. Now I strive to burn 300-500 and will only eat back half. Its kicked it up for me.
