Just finished week 4 day 3 and it was horrible. I have decided to re do week 4. Not ready for week 5 yet. :sad: When I started I couldn't run for longer than 30 seconds. Now I can make it through the 1min 30second time with no problem and 3min with determinations nod focus. Now to just get to that 5min mark. How do you…
