I am doing the same thing. For every 10 pounds lost, I get a new shirt! Or pair of jeans....or something. But the big reward will be when I reach my goal weight, I'm going to treat myself to a spa day!

Great tip about the water! I have actually noticed myself not quite as "hungry" anymore since I've started to drink more water. But I sill have the urge to snack!! lol. I really enjoy my 100 cal packs because I get "just enough" to quench that urge to snack. Thanks for the great tips:)

I looooove nanners!!! Especially late at night when I have a sweet tooth and could go for a big bowl of icecream. They are naturally sweet, and I feel good about myself after eating it. I say go for it! I don't eat one everyday however, maybe twice a week. I think all things are good, just in moderation.

Yes you can see a difference! You can tell the shirt is less form fitting than before. Great Job. Keep up the good work!!
