When I first signed up for MFP I was at a 1200 cal/day (2 pound loss a week). But my mom convinced me to raise it to more than that because when I plateau I won't have anywhere to go. So I did. Oh, and I don't have an eating disorder. I just have no hunger! Trust me-I normally love to eat (hence why I weigh 190 pounds) but these past few days I have had no appetie whatsoever, and if I do eat something, I get full very quickly.....

So do you suggest I make myself eat, despite the fact that I'm not hungry? In all seriousness, that is my concern. I'm not hungry-so I don't eat. So to maintain the healthy limit-I should make myself eat? And if so, how do you suggest doing that?

Carry a water bottle with you. I bought one at Wal-Mart and it's 36 oz. So I know if I drink two full water bottles in a day-then I got my daily water in. Carry it with you wherever you go......it really does help.

You are right! I ate extremely poor yesterday. I had chinese for lunch (bad!), but I was just "in one of those moods" that I really didn't care! lol. And at that point you turn around, lose the weight, and then come back laughing! You can do it girl. There's not a better feeling than the feeling of proving someone wrong! Go out there and show her you CAN and WILL lose the weight!! Keep your head up:)

I ended up having a portion of rice (about the size of my palm) with some broccolli, peppers, and crab meat. then they cooked it on the hibacchi grill..i really don't think it was all that healthy. but hey! today was my splurge day...lol

Thank you. My biggest thing is late at night when all I want to do is snack. Tonight I had a handful of special K chocolately delight, and it seemed to really "hit the spot".
