100 calorie packs....good or bad??
I'm just starting out on my diet, so I need to learn portion control...but how often should I be eating the 100 calorie packs? Are they even good for me? Or do I need to kick 'em to the curb???

Getting bored.

Eat before or after?
Is it a good idea to eat before or after a workout? If I wait until after then I get weak half way through, but if I eat before then my stomach hurts half way through. Any advice??

Mexian VS. Chinese....
My two favorite types of tood are mexian and chinese, and quite frankly, I'm having a difficult time giving them up. I recognize the fact the neither type of food is really "healthy for me", but they are still oh so yummy! So do any of you have any tips on how I can still eat the yummy food; just make it healthier??? :)

I like to snack!!
My hardest thing so far on this journey is not being able to snack. I love junk food, which is what caused most of my weight gain to begin with. Just completely cutting it out my daily routine is difficult. Do you guys have any healthy replacements for my junk food??! I need help!!!

18 year old tired of being the "fat friend"
