Absolutely no frozen meals! Lots of foods are high in sodium. If you have a lot of weight to lose, you may want to try Body by Vi......it's absolutely awesome!! I check sodium content on everything that I eat!!

Anything white is bad if you are trying to lose weight!!

Plain instant oatmeal with a tsp. of cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar). Three hard boiled egg whites. Kashi is usually good but you have to look at the contents. Body by Vi shakes are excellent.

It depends how much weight you have to lose and what you are eating. Carbs and sugars will often cause you to gain weight. You need to take a look at what type of foods you are eating and how much.

If you are trying to lose weight, you need to cut those carbs. If it's white, don't eat it. Bread and pasta are very unhealthy and a good source for weight gain. I love both especially pasta! Trying to eat healthy and stay in shape so that I can have fun days to eat those foods that I love!!

Sweet potato is an excellent substitute. Only do 4 oz.

I weigh in every Saturday morning as soon as I get out of bed. I will often skip a weigh in during the wonderful time of the month when I feel bloated. Or just know that if I don't lose that week that I will for certain lose the following week. Good Luck!!
