I've been using mine for the last 2 weeks and love it. I like knowing how many calories I've burned in "every day life" and all the other info it provides.

I just got my PB2 this week for the first time (original and chocolate) and LOVE IT!!! Who would have thought of all the posibilities!!

If I'm doing some type of Cardio first thing in the morning I have to do it on an empty stomach. I get indigestion/reflux if I don't.

I'm doing my last day of level 1 tomorrow, then taking Sunday off, and starting level 2 on Monday. Completely awesome video!!

Today my protein was maybe 10% of my calorie intake for the day? Doesn't seem too much, but I don't know.

Okay so I change my preious answer!! I just put it in greek nonfat plain yogurt with a bit of honey (trying to get my calories up) and it was FABULOUS!!! My new favorite snack!!

My boss and I try and fit in some type of exercise on our lunch. We don't have access to a gym or anywhere nice to walk so we run up and down our full flight of stairs for 15 minutes, and walk for 15 minutes to "cool off" before we get back to afternoon appointments. I had to add in extra calories by the end of the day and just ate it off the spoon (measuring spoon that is). Super yummy. I personaly like the crunchy version.
