I want to take back control of my life. I let it get away from me, and so did my weight. I want to be out of the category that puts me at high risk for heart disease because I carry my weight in my mid-section. I want to be healthy.

I'm in too!! I'm going to try and shoot for 100 miles of jogging outside and/or treadmill. Everyday walking won't count :happy:

For sure look into the C25k running program. I just finished week 2. I usually run on the treadmill for about 4.5 miles @ 6-7mph, but am struggling outside with just 2 miles. It's a great program that mixes walking and running to get you started. It goes very gradual too.

A great dip idea that I got from MFP and I have tried before is plain Greek yogurt with some Ranch seasoning. It was super yummy!

This is what I just tried this AM. It was FANTASTIC!! 1/2 cup rolled oats (or regular oatmeal) 1/2 cup Almond Milk 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Left it in the fridge overnight, and it was FANTASTIC!!

I have a great pair of running shoes that I was fitted for a few weeks ago. I think it's just the outside running that's getting me. I'm going to my chiropractor tomorrow who specializes in sport related stuff. Thanks for the core suggestions :smile:

Just wait until you get to level 3! I'm on day 5 of level 3 (and doing C25k at the same time) and my back is KILLING ME!! I think it also has to do with 30d shred becoming higher impact as you go along.

I just mixed a scoop in a plain greek yogurt and it was pretty good. Makes it SUPER thick though.
