Body Media Fit vs Polar HRM???
Okay, so I'm probably "beating a dead horse", but... I currently have a FitBit, but want something different. A friend of mine has Body Media Fit and recommended that, but I know that the Polar HRM products are good too. Personal preferences? Dislikes of either or both?

Back pain/soreness and running??

PB2 Peanut Butter Chicken
Sorry I posted this in the wrong forum the first time... (I'm new) So, I just found a recipe for Peanut Butter Chicken, and substituted PB2 for what it called for in regular Peanut Butter. I need some suggestions for running shoes. I just started back running, have SUPER high arches, and get sore knees and hips (horseback riding for too many years). Any suggestions? I'm not against spending some money on them, but don't really know what everyone thinks is a good brand/shoe/etc... Suggestions?

Too much protein??
Okay, so I think I already know the answer to this, but can you have too much protein in your diet? I feel like when I log my food at the end of the day I am always very much over on my protein. I drink TONS of water so I don't think I'm too worried about it, but just needed to make sure :happy:
