I mix it with spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, garlic etc. Add some lemon juice and marinate cubed chicken in it. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill for tasty chicken kebabs. Use any herbs/spices you like and thread some veggies onto the skewers too.

I have my diary open as it helps keep me accountable although if I go over it's by choice. I also appreciate my friend's open diries as I get tips from them and can see foods I may not have thought of incorporating into my diet. It's a personal choice and not for everyone.
