Thrift shop addict here!! Once a month my teenage daughters and I raid the thrift shops and always come home with loads of bargains. It's a good way of recycling our old clothes too. :smile:

Soup is so easy to make, can be made cheaply, fills you up, can be frozen and is generally low in calories. Just search online and you'll find loads of recipes. Don't be afraid to experiment by adding vegetables/pulses that you like. Have fun with the cooking. Once you get into it I'm sure you'll enjoy it :)

Celery, anchovies, egg mayonaisse made by anyone else except me...it's a shell thing lol, couscous and korma to name a few :)

If I'm way under I have a spoonful of peanut butter to make up some calories but if it's just 100 or so calories I don't bother and make it up at some point in the week.

On our way back. It's too wet xx. From my dtr who was in the park with friends. They've just appeared all looking like drowned rats. Don't you just love a Scottish summer lol
