I would give him anything he asks for tbh. If he can manage to eat something he wants it's better than nothing at all. Hope he's better soon.

Same here, I can't do breakfast at all as I find I'm SO hungry if I do. I skip it and make up my calories from lunchtime onwards. seems to work ok for me.

I use Sea Kelp tablets for my nails. Works wonders for healthy hair too.

I have SUCH a sweet tooth that the only way I cope is to abstain completely. I had a mini caramel shortcake the other day as a treat for staying off the sweets for a month and didn't enjoy it because I've not had sweets for a while...waste of 81 calories lol :)
