What about some light cottage cheese mixed with a ton of veggies? I love it with baby tomatos, red pepper and spring onions and I add some garlic, paprika and chilli powder. A whole tub of cottage cheese comes in at less than 200 calories and it's full of protein so should keep you feeling full for a while.

My sister told me that on average 14 lbs = a pant size. Don't know where she got the info though. I've lost 34 lbs and am down 2 pant sizes.

My bulletproof vest to protect myself from all you guys with guns. My husband and kids already have a zombie apocolypse plan of action so i guess I'd just grab my antacid tablets if they're going to be doing the cooking :)

Best thing I've ever done. Recording what I eat is so simple and planning meals using the tool is extremely helpful too. Buying a food scale and joining MFP is all I've done and I'm positive I'll reach my goal this way. The support from my online friends has been amazing and I really don't know if I'd have stuck with it…

I don't drink tea as a rule being a hardened strong black coffee drinker but when pregnant the only thing I could drink was herbal tea. I tried many, many flavours before settling on a blackcurrant one, a nettle tea and a lemony ginger one. There are so many to chose from that I'm sure you'll find one you like.

I weigh myself on a Saturday morning as soon as I get up. I do it on Saturday as I don't work on Fridays and this was my danger day. Knowing I'm weighing myself the following day kind of helps keep me on track.

I have a port wine stain birthmark running from my knee to my ankle. Hated it as a child but it's faded now and I actually quite like it. When I'm gardening on my own I can't help talking to myself. I freeze Rowantrees jelly tablets and have a square. Freezing them toughens them up a bit which makes it last longer. Around 30 cals per square and so sweet you only need one :)

Nothing sexier than a man wearing a kilt properly but then I'm Scottish so I'm biased...if you do decide to wear it please, please, please don't wear it too short or too long, just in the middle of the knee is perfect length :) Oh, and we want pics!

Celery Custard...yuk Tripe Couscous..used to love it but can't even think about it now without feeling ill after a bad experience with it Green, yellow or orange peppers..love red peppers though Any tinned meat Hot dog sausages...even the smell is enough to make me sick Hmm, I'm sure there's more...I'll be back :)
