                I have to keep changing my goal weight as it becomes apparent I will have to lose a hell of a lot of weight to make a difference to my stomach.

                Sounds like a good idea :) I lost 1lb this week, back at 139lb

                I love playing Just dance and normally burn about 200 cals per half an hour, it doesnt feel like exercise. The best work out is EA active 2 though, lost 9 inches both times I have done the 9 week programme on there.

                Back down 1lb this week, 139lb. Glad to be back in the 130's not so glad I havent lost new pounds for weeks. Next week is the week though :D

                Salads fine, hardly ay calories in there at all and the eating more speeds up your motabolism. I eat massive salads with my meals.

                Great topic :) I love fashion, but always have to put way too much thought into everything I wear, what will cover this lump and that bump etc. Mainly sex though :D I would love to be able to have sex without the thought of saggy jiggley bits distracting me. TMI?

                I just finished shredding and only lost 1 inch :( I am planning on starting this on tues though :)

                Try everything and anything, sooner or later you will find something you loves and can get proper stuck in to.

                I find MFP pretty much spot on for me. The machines are always way too low. Think it varies greatly from person to person. HRM is the only way to be sure.

                I beat my girlfriend score by 43 lol, spent ages again as well. Girlfriend 10575 Been mainly trying Walk like, its really quite hard, beat my own high score though Walk like 8660

                Waaaaaaaaaaaaa thats me crying, still 140lb been stuck betwen 139-140lb for about five weeks

                I think it may be the exercise that is doing it. I have tried everything food wise, zig zagging, eating more, eating less, not eating at all. I have been constant with the same exercise though as I just finished the 30 day shred yesterday. Hopefully the new none shredding me will start to lose again.

                Bio oil helped mine a bit.

                I am on a baby weight mission also, been 10 years since my first and that is where most of the weight came from, added a bit with my youngest, who will be 2 in Oct. I had 5 stone to lose, got 1 stone 3lb now. It is doable, just takes time and lots of hard work. We got this.
