                I just did 4812 sweats all on Girlfriend :D 45mins of the same song. It did burn 250cals. Girlfriend 10532 (new record) It took a while though, seemed to get higher when i started to do the one dressed in purples moves.

                I finished. I only lost about 3lb and 1 inch :| Not the best 30 days, the inch was a stubborn belly fat icnh though, which is where I need the work. I am having a week off then I shall be six week, six packing next. Hope for better results for everyone else.

                I used to put it as dancing general, I wear a HRM these days though and it burns a surprising amount of calories. I am off to do mine now :)

                I went to the gym for the first time ever on Sunday :O I bought a day pass, so i got my moneys worth and did 5 hours.

                Its almost perfect, the only time its uncomfortable is when I lay on my back, the back bit digs into my spine. This is a new thing though, I think I have a bit of a boney back developing, when there was a bit more meat there I never felt it.

                I am in another challenge for halloween and I have 11lb still to lose for that, seems to big though. My SW will be 140, going to aim for 7lb down, so 133lb will be my goal.

                I put a pound on, back in the 140's :( I get stuck every 10lbs, so this was a planned gain, still rubbish though. I decided to eat loads for a few weeks then start fresh, it may backfire though haha
