Everyoe is doing great. I have been stuck at 139lb for ages though :(

There are a few threads in here and most people do it 6 days our of seven, or have a day off after every set of ten. Dont think it really matters.

You are supposed to do level 1 for 10 days, 2 for 10 days, then 3 for ten days, none stop. I have done it none stop, day 25 today. Its 27mins long.

I discovered Skinny Cow ice creams in tesco. You may not want to try them, they are too nice.

Tuesday evening for me, I use the scale in the chemist while I am near it. My weigh ins are evening and fully clothes.

Totally different for everyone, depending on height, weight and fitness levels. Log it as curcuit training general. I am 5ft 5 and 139lb and get 190 for level 1, 220, L2 and 250 L3 using HRM

Not sure, but I was scared to take it. My weight was stuck anyway, so thought it wouldnt matter much at the time, strangely 10lb has fallen off since. I always thought it was supposed to be the other way round.

This week I have bee trying to gain on purpose, I am a strage one lol I figured as I am a bit stuck, I would eat anything this week and try again hard exta and see if it shocks me into losing. Wouldnt be suprised if I gained a little.

I did something called the british heart foundation diet years ago, its 3 days and I lost 10lb. I did put it back on and more in the weeks that followed though. I get between 200-250 cals on HRM (after taking 60-70 off for what I would burn i that time anyway) I am 5ft 5 and 139lb

I agree with all this, I am so glad I love water :) My weigh in this week is the same as last 139lb and I am pretty sure being out all the time (school holidays) and not drinking all my normal water is one of the reasons I haven't lost.

Ok this weeks weigh i is the same as last, better than I thought 139lb Level 3 of the shred today, the cardio is the same as level 1, but with weights, punches, jumping jacks and butt kicks with weights :|
