I have been feeling the same way this week! I feel like the only time I have available to exercise is weekends... but I need to get more disciplined/organized to be able to fit in some workouts during the week as well. No excuses!

Thanks for the advice.... I need to drink more water!! And hunger pains or "tickles" are NOT my friend... they make me feel sick!! :tongue:
