I have a fitbit surge, I dont know about the accuracy but its definitely motivating. its a lot harder to put off exercise when you can see just how lazy you've been!

I'm on L1 D2 yesterday i walked 9 miles in addition to it and today i done some extra work with the weights and toning exercises.. tonight i can hardly move!
