A digital scale will give you the most accurate measurement. My scale can measure ounces, grams, kg, and one more that I can't remember off the top of my head. So everyday I measure out one serving of my veggie crisps to eat with my lunch and surprisingly it comes out to a good amount. It takes more prep time but so worth…

We go out to dinner one night a week, usually Friday and I make that my cheat meal, as in I order whatever I want and not worry about it. But I eat as I normally would the rest of the day.

We went to the class the past two weekends for my husband and they said if you eat something small with carbs and protein before you go to bed that will keep your sugar from spiking overnight, you should not go that long without eating anything.
