Pre-packaged or easy to pack, not sure what you're asking. There are a lot of Lean Cuisines or Healthy Choice meals you can buy, they are okay for every once in a while. Otherwise, fruit, hummus, sting cheese, buy Tupperware and put your leftovers in for the next days lunch.

104 is a fine weight for someone 5'0". I agree with others that you should see another gynecologist.

I am 5'0" and currently weigh 119lbs. I started at 130 and my goal is 112lbs. But I've been more focused on inches lately, rather than actual weight. I started at a size 10 pant and now am at a 6. I have the same problem. My range is 120-156 and I'm usually around 165-170 for a majority of my Jillian Michaels Body Revolution workout!

The same thing happened to me when I started Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I have not lost any weight but I have definitely lost inches, so make sure you take measurements also! :drinker:

Yea, it can't be far away. I sometimes workout at home and I left it on the coffee table not ten feet away and it did not transmit. Maybe if you have a pocket or something?
