Work through the pain?
I have been doing the elliptical 40-45 minutes a day, three to four times a week. Yesterday I added the 30 Day Shred to that. My legs are killing me today. Numbing while on Elliptical
This may sound weird but after I'm on the elliptical (sp?) for about ten or fifteen minutes my feet get tingly and numb. At first I though maybe my shoes were too tight but that didn't make a difference, neither did a different pair of shoes or a different elliptical machine in the gym. Protein...when to eat it.
I've noticed that I tend to go over in Protein every day. I've been trying to cut back, as I do eat meat at almost every meal. So when is the best time to eat Protein? I have heard in the morning, I work out after work in the evenings before dinner. Any input would be appreciated!

new member, need help
Help. I've only been doing MFP for three days now. I can't seem to keep under my sugars. 24 is the set goal and I go over everyday, mainly from the fruit I eat. What can I do to keep it down? Also, how bad is it to go over in protein? I did this yesterday but finished fine today. Thanks for any feedback!
