I eat sandwiches almost everyday, I just use romaine lettuce as the "bread" and drink extra water to counter the sodium. Love Boars Head Jerk Turkey!

I had a boar's head jerk turkey (4 oz.), boar's head three-pepper monterey jack cheese (1 oz.), mustard and branston pickle sandwich with romaine lettuce as the "bread" and a 100 calorie pack of pretzel sticks with water. Lots of sodium but I drink a ton of water everyday so I'm okay with that :wink:

I'll try anything ONCE, have tried lots of items mentioned here, I love trying new foods. I swallowed a live goldfish once in college...not one of my finer moments. :embarassed:

I'm 5' and 118lbs and wear a size 6, my BMI is 23.2. I don't pay that any attention.
