Remember that slow is better for long term weight loss. I typically eat all my daily calories and usually about half of my exercise calories. I've lost 11 lbs since mid July. It feels like it takes forever but stick with it...it does work! you can do it!

I make up salads for the week in separate tupperware containers. Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, cauliflower, carrot, fresh basil, red pepper. Then just grab a container and go in the morning. I keep spray balsalmic vinegar at the office so just spritz some on and voila - Yummy low cal lunch! I also sometimes add some prawns…
